Job Description
Strategy & Programming
- Ensure that evidence and knowledge are easily accessible by all internal and external stakeholders and are presented in a format that effectively supports the development of strategy, innovative interventions, influencing, and communications.
- Systems and Framework Development
- Develop and continually enhance Company knowledge management and data management strategy & systems.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Lead the compilation, review and analysis of data drawn from MRM and Research activities; generate insights that go beyond a simplistic, or 'face value' interpretation of findings.
- Learning & Insights Generation
- Support Company staff and stakeholders in learning from the knowledge generated by MRM, evaluations and research; aiming to continuously improve, and drive widespread uptake of, strategies that effectively drive real-world benefits for Tanzanian women and youth.
Knowledge Management and Communications
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Results & Insights and the Research & Market Information teams to maintain an ‘insights database’ for the organization that will meet the information needs of the identified audiences.
Capacity Building & People Management
Lead and manage all those who are involved in Learning & Knowledge Management activities - colleagues and consultants - in a manner that empowers and motivates them to deliver the Company's goals and objectives.
Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 6+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience (preferred) in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Relevant Industry Certification in Knowledge management (added advantage)
- Professional training or certification in data science, business analysis & modelling or equivalent (added advantage
