Job Description
Strategy & Planning
Oversee the strategic management of Company's physical and people resources, ensuring the development and implementation of effective policies, procedures and ways-of-working.
Systems Development & Management
Liaise closely with the ICT Specialist and Senior Management to develop, and ensure the implementation of a forward-looking technology strategy for the organization identifying opportunities for ICT to enhance effectiveness and impact.
Procurement Management
Oversee the strategic procurement process, from needs analysis to contracting the goods and services required to achieve Company’s strategic and operational goals aiming to ensure good value for money (VfM) as per the set procurement procedures.
HR Talent Management
Support the HFA in ensuring good talent management practices for the Company so that the organization will be resourced with appropriate numbers of competent and well-motivated staff.
Administration Support
Ensure that Company's staff and key stakeholders are provided with administrative, logistical, ICT, and office-management support that will enhance their ability to deliver against Company's goals and strategies.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or more than ten years working experience in a similar role
- 8 to 10 year’s experience
